To avoid costly mistakes during construction, we do planning and set quality standards at an early stage.
Our quality control process consists of three phases.
Pre-installation phase
We believe planning or pre-implementation is the first step toward providing an expected outcome. Pre-installation meetings include the owners and our team members, project managers, superintendents, and contractors. Every team member knows what’s expected, and we can immediately identify priorities and concerns that could affect the schedule or budget moving forward.
Construction phase
We can leverage our pre-construction preparation during the construction phase to manage the project efficiently. Trade contractors can quickly understand the scope of work and plan their work within the project’s schedule. Coordination meetings with the design team, the owner, and the trade partners continue throughout the project.
Follow-up phase
After the construction project is completed, we conduct weekly follow-ups. To ensure the work’s process and compliance, we use these weekly reports to create a quality control checklist.
Quality assurance
Our Quality Assurance department focuses on implementing effective policies to ensure safety is always at the forefront of all decision-making. Every QA process aims to make the workplace a safer place for everyone. Rather than focusing on the end product, our quality assurance focuses on the processes and systems that lead to it.

Create an inspection plan

Distributing responsibility
Each duty is listed on the responsibilities form, including preparation, approval, document maintenance, material verification, etc.
