– Plan and execute sales calls as scheduled in the Marketing Plan together with the appropriate follow-up
– Provides the DOS with all information regarding his/her market during compilation of the Marketing Plan
– Participates actively in the compilation of the Sales & Marketing Business Plan
– Attend VIP functions when required by the DOS
– Maintain good follow-up / trace system
– Conducting site inspections / tours of the property
– Entertaining on a regular basis
– Completing all sales administration forms (reports etc.) on time and keeping accurate and up to date records of all clients
– To be available to work longer than normal hours as and when required by DOS
– Perform weekly Sales Duty Rounds
